What a Versatile Horse

The talented grey gelding, What A Day, produced by Chris McGrann has been in great form recently, not only qualifying for HOYS as a Show Hunter but also winning at his first BE Event.Having competed in Middleweight Show Hunter classes with Chris, What A Day is also well known as a Ladies Hunter, when ridden by his late owner, Gemma Reed.Fed on TopSpec Comprehensive Feed Balancer, TopSpec Cool Condition Cubes and TopChop Lite, What a Day competed with Helen Airey at the new Frickley Park Horse Trials in Yorkshire.Winning a BE90 section, the pair finished on their dressage score of 26.5 penalties, following dressage training with Stephen Clarkeand went clear in both the show jumping and cross-country.Chris and What A Day now head to HOYS for the Middleweight Show Hunter Championship.
