FOLLOWING an exciting final Isabella Worthington and Inverin Paddy secured the prestigious, £1,000 to the winner, TopSpec Supreme Pretty Polly Championship at the North of England Summer Pony Show at Arena UK.The eye-catching Connemara caught the attention of judges Cindy Henson and Adam Brooke after a great performance by this talented pair.Owned by Isabella’s mum, Nicola, the attractive grey performed brilliantly in the supreme and ran out a worthy winner of this popular championship with more than 20 competitors coming forward to vie for the leading awards.Bradford-based Isabella and Joey, as he is known an home, qualified at BSPS Area 3A Richmond and they are having a fantastic season together also qualifying for the Royal International Horse Show.Said Nicola: "We bought Joey last year and they have really gelled and are a great team. Winning the TopSpec Supreme was just amazing and the prize money is a huge bonus."Joey is just five-years-old so he is only just coming into his own but he went fantastic and thankfully caught the judges’ eye."This is definitely their biggest win to date and we couldn’t be more pleased with their progress as the season has gone on.”The TopSpec Supreme Pretty Polly Ridden Championship is for home-produced ponies with qualifiers taking place at a host of shows throughout the year.
